Be cautious with their advertised prices! I was lured in by a lower rate, but once fully committed on-site, the final price was higher. On top of that, I booked for 24 hours, initially noting a 10 a.m. return. I called to confirm a 12 p.m. return—still within my 24 hours. Instead of understanding, I got rude service from a women and late fee threats. Lack of transparency and poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
A Drastic Decline in Service and Functionality It is unbelievable how quickly a service can decline. Last November, I had what was literally the best rental experience of my life with this company. Today was the exact opposite—a total failure of both technology and basic customer service. The Issues: System Failure: The online check-in was completely broken.
