It might be the package here but my internet is down a lot and even if its up the speed is average to poor , it is the cheapest in the area that I know of its kind of funny Im even posting this now because my internets down and personally I dont know any one in this area who likes this service if comcast was cheaper I would have that infact the only way I get to go on the internet most of the time is through my phone my point is verision has good phone service in the middle of nowhere and globalnet just fails
