Leased a Citroen C4 Cactus 1.6 turbo diesel from Global Cars for 8 weeks from Lisbon to Paris via Ireland and UK. 10,500 km 4.6 l/100km. Brand new car, $0 Excess Insurance plus Citroen Assist who were amazing after thieves broke our passenger's window in Barcelona and took our luggage. Great car, great service from Global Cars and Citroen Assist. Loved it so much I bought a new Citroen C4 Cactus 1.2 turbo petrol 6 speed automatic in Sydney June 2019. Will use Global on our next trip to Europe with another leased Citroen.
Wouldn't recommend these guys, unless you think a mercedes travelliner "is similar to a citroen jumpy. We hired a vito travelliner (or similar) and when we arrived to pick up our car, found it was a citroen jumpy. We were 9 people travelling around, covering quite a lot of territory. The car only had 3 doors, not 4, no air con in the back (it was during the european heat wave) and no added features. I'm sure they only advertise the Merc to get you in.
