Carlos is the man. He was there for every question I had and made my experience as smooth as anything. Normally this process is stressful and worrisome, but Global Traxx made it so I didn’t have to stress at all. Highly recommend going with global and remember to ask for Carlos!!!!!🙏

Just amazing from start to finish! We hired Carlos to help grill for a small party with friends and it was perfect. Oscar, our chef, arrived early to prep all of the food and get the Peruvian barrel grill set up outside. The meats were amazing and we’ll definitely have them back. If you are looking for a something different for your next event I’d definitely recommend their barrel grill experience. Carlos even stopped by to say hi and check in on everything which was so thoughtful. Thanks so much GTE!

I am so thrilled about the service that Carlos provided for my engagement party! The GTE team handled our bar, and they did an amazing job. The party was a week ago and people are still talking about how great the drinks and service that Carlos provided was.
