I ordered a package paid for the highest shipping the package was late and they refused to refund my next day shipping money

We shipped the parts the same day the order was placed via the shipping method selected by the customer. UPS delivered the parts on the next business day. The order was placed on Friday and unfortunatly UPS does not deliver to the customer's address over the weekend. ******************
