I am extremely disappointed with this company, the lack of transparency and professionalism. On November 28th, 2021 Mike provided me with a quote to ship my car from London to Saskatoon. He reassured me that the car would be delivered to Saskatoon within 12 days of booking. The booking was confirmed on December 1st and the car was dropped off at the London facility on December 13th. On December 13th, I was also told I would receive a copy of the car inspection. To this day, I have not received the FULL copy of the inspection... read more
So many issues, where to start? Early on they were quick to reply and were the only company to offer curbside drop off for an extra fee only to find out they gave my car to another company who does not have that service. I eventually got a refund for that. Luckily I know some people here that were able to drive me to pick up the car because it was dropped off over an hour away. Mikes Auto Hauler picked up my mustang convertible after I gave Protechnic Transport a deposit and a month later my car still sat. Mikes picked her up quickly and Danny Lee kept me informed the entire time. Great experience. I was so happy to see my car, I driver her home with the top down !!
