Excellent value for money. I got myself an entire new bathroom for less than £4k (not including installation). It's quality material and it actually looks good. Dave, the owner, gave good and straightforward advice when it comes to matching the different components. His wife Emma provided free measurements of the available space. After visiting a number of bathroom showrooms I decided to buy everything from Global Tiles because they were knowledgeable and helpful. I just wish I’d asked them to design my bathroom because when the shower and screen were delivered it turns out I’d ordered the wrong size and the plumber was waiting to fit them. So stressful but when I phoned Dave he was so calm and unfazed by my mistake, and just arranged replacements. Always get fantastic customer service from David and his team. If you want to speak to experts in this field this is def the place to go! David and Ben helped me source everything for my bathroom renovation and I would have struggled without their help. Very competitive prices as well :)
Just thinking about a bathroom refurb, so will be visiting Global Tiles again soon. Earlier this year, Emma and Dave helped us chose the hardware and tiles to refit our ensuites and a cloakroom. Fitter Adam made an excellent job of installation. So, we are not even considering going anywhere else for our next project! Highly recommended, hence 5rating. But also awarding 5 because we love the finished work.
