Services this year has been so poorly, everytime I called to and ask to speak to Mr Chuba he's never there all when he is, his receptionist are untrustworthy, with this tax person for so many years, this year has been the worst, the lack of communication is utterly distasteful. 2 weeks, even a month will pass no information, no return of calls, you dont know the status of your tax returns nothing. If i can give 0 stars i will ! I file my 2022 taxes with them and its 2024 and i received a letter from the IRS saying my taxes were never filed and i will face penalty ! I called Shuba and he told me call him back the next day just to NEVER pick up my phone call. His little secretary made sure she knew my number so none Of them pick up my calls ! I will be reporting them to BBB ! STAY AWAY FROM THEM ! THEY ARE THIEVES !
