Overall, I have had the worst experience, poor communication and unprofessionalism behavior. I had to get ITIN for my spouse this time and then paper/e-file taxes this time. Ruchi didn't respond after sending documents even after trying many number of times. She got the fee on-time but didn't do the work properly. The W-7 form had mistakes and I had to correct myself before the IRS appointment as she was not responding (she sent me the corrected forms after my appointment which is not useful).
