TLDR: I was told to seek a second opinion instead of them trying to fix their mistake and save a customer by owning up to a mistake they made. They had zero F's to give about my business. LONGER STORY: I've had my annual taxes done here since they took over the new location on Main St. from the retired gentleman before them, so 5 years or more. My brother had been going to her for years and when he passed away last year I asked her to do his final taxes She did them and I paid her for doing it then I took them to my tax accountant and he said that she did not do them right and we had to file some extra paperwork This was after I asked her several times if we needed to have a k1 for his final estate taxes and she had told me No Waste of $200
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We came here at the start of Tax season for her to do our business taxes and needed them amended from a previous year. Have not heard from her and when we call no one answers. When she did answer we kept getting a run around on why it was not filed yet. We also payed a deposit so she could get it going. NO ONE ANSWERS!

When I got a penalty for underpayment from Indiana Department of Revenue, I asked her to look into it several times. She assured me that she would but she never did and didn't return my calls. I had asked her last year if I needed to make estimated tax payments and she said don't. I would not advise using her.
