At about 10:30 am today (2/16/24) vehicle #15 was turning into the CVS on 24th & Thomas. The driver (Hispanic female) turned bro the wrong lane to where she was head on with me. When I honked to make her aware (she was paying no attention whatsoever), she flipped me off! I then called the number provided on the van and NOBODY ANSWERS & voicemail is full.
