Calling to collect a debt. Want to know how much I bring home, how much my mortgage is etc. I advised them this was illegal. I wanted to set up $20 a month payments, they refused stating their system would not let them. They wanted me to do $25. I advised them I could not. I received a collection notice before the invoice was 90 days old. I had paid the invoice directly to the vendor via check that cleared my bank. I sent a copy of front and back to the check with a cover letter asking that they correct their information. They have now sent response stating that my information was not valid. This company is apparently a fraud.
