I absolutely love this place. The quality and level of care is amazing. Every single staff member here cares and loves their job, it really shows! They are understanding and flexible. My mom is being seen here, she is always so excited to see everyone, especially her therapist Magdalena. My mom is currently being seen here weekly to help regain mobility back in her right hand. Off the bat the staff and doctor were great. I was being complicated when scheduling my mom’s first appointment and the receptionist was very understanding and even made some accommodations to get my mom seen asap. Within 1 visit I noticed improvement with my mom’s mobility. The therapist making conversation with my mom during her exercises has made my mom feel extremely comfortable. Broke my wrist, had surgery. I didn't know what to expect with OT as I've never had it before, but my surgeon required I get in to see one. Magdalena did some small stretches on my wrist that, with each visit, increased my range of motion. The take-home advice was all great stuff but the stretches are where I saw the most improvement. Highly recommend.
the receptionists are so nice and everyone has became some of my most favorite people. alicia is the best occupationial therapist i ever had the whole place 10/10 would recommend to all my friends n family !!
In a word…AMAZING!!! Great staff and quality occupational therapists. The work towards bring my hand back to recovery has been extremely successful up to this point. Creative and innovative tools and exercises have been quite challenging with positive results. The enthusiasm generated and the care that is provided, make Global Reach a place you want to go to if you need help!!!
