Very unprofessional. No US timings. They are done for the done at 10am PST. Even, after payment is done, they are delaying for next business day at am PST. They all work from India. Not a single person even to answer in US timings.
Avoid at all costs. My experience with this firm has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. They made multiple mistakes on my tax documents during the initial filing and then had the audacity to charge me extra for correcting their own errors when resubmitting to the IRS.
