I recently had a very disappointing experience at this store. When I greeted the male staff politely at checkout, he completely ignored me, even though I saw him being friendly to another customer right before me. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful, and also potentially discriminatory. As a customer, I expect equal and courteous service. Great service and when we had an issue with a sick cat they took care of us highly recommend
Andy is super knowledgeable, kind and always makes our experience at Global Pets a 10/10! It’s always clean and well organized there too, so everything we need is easy to find. We usually leave with more than what we go in for, since they are constantly brining in new and exciting products!
Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, very helpful when looking for new foods or treats
