This compnay is s ajoke. Never received any notifaction my payment did not go through. They get a bill 13 day later what fees they charged.Done playing
Absolutely horrible services. Outrageous service charges, lousy customer support. All they're doing is scamming people. I get a letter in the mail.about a collection debt with no prior warning, one day before payment is due. The phone number in the letter is disconnected, and the website listed takes you to a spam ad site. They're the worst of the worst, and I hope they get shut down. Very bad customer!
Unexpected charges to help cover their "system upgrades". Automatically renew you to a 6 month contract every 6 months so that they can charge you a $500 cancellation fee. Poor and hard to reach customer service. Outdated terminals are not user friendly.
horrible company, they collect fees right and left and have an awful customer service. They will never have a clear explanation on why they charge you so much. The answer always is "the case is close" I taked to Jen at many occasions and this is just a waist of time so she is rude and clueless.
