Appraisers BEWARE. YOU MAY NOT GET PAID!!
My wife's experience was very bad here... I don't really think it's the company's fault but definitely one of their employees. I can say if you do decide to go there, Do Not go to Jason lepik, He has the worse attitude if he doesn't get his way. Or should I say he is VERY unprofessional. This goes to calling my wife stupid and telling her she doesn't know what she's talking about, when really she was catching him in his lies.
