This is my second loan process with them. It was a great experience to work with Matt and Joe to manage an investment loan for a NYC property. They worked pretty hard and sincerely with the bank and myself to make sure all the requirements are fulfilled ontime to remove all the contingencies of the loan.

I choose Global mortgage as the company for my loan because they were one of the only lender that was able to get the loan I required. I needed a company that used less then a two year employment history and they came through for me as promised from day one. Joe Williams was the broker I spoke to from the first phone call. He was very understanding of my needs and his knowledge of mortgage material was quite impressive. Their rates were the lowest on the market.
