I choose Global mortgage as the company for my loan because they were one of the only lender that was able to get the loan I required. I needed a company that used less then a two year employment history and they came through for me as promised from day one. Joe Williams was the broker I spoke to from the first phone call. He was very understanding of my needs and his knowledge of mortgage material was quite impressive. Their rates were the lowest on the market. I would recommend using this company for your mortgage needs!
The team at Global Mortgage Lending LLC, Matt in particular, is top notch. They are professional, courteous, and transparent. Matt was always available for calls and questions, and he was great to work with! He did closing on time in 2 weeks, everyday rate update, no fee for rate lock & no processing fee, appraisal waiver or $750 appraisal refund, got earlier appraisal report and online customer portal. My load process was very smooth and hassle free, I recommend all if you looking for mortgage loan.
