From choosing the product in store to the delivery and installation was an awesome experience. The sales team were so lovely to deal with. Both Dale and Jill went above my expectations and helped me choose the right lounge for my space and decor and it was available for delivery and installation the following week. I am very happy with my purchase and the lounges are so comfortable. The delivery team were very friendly and professional in our home too which is a perfect finish to the experience at Global.
My wife was looking for a particular chair for disabled persons. We shopped around at several stores and online. Not only was it the best price it had more functionality than all the others. Quality is great and would recommend the store to family and friends. Peter was very helpful and organised the delivery. Delivery staff was excellent arrived at the agreed time, and took all the packaging with them.
We purchased the Konin 2.5 reclining sofa and a matching swivling chair in November .We couldn’t be happier with our purchase from the very friendly,happy knowledgeable and professional staff members . We were unable to take delivery of it up on the Sunshine Coast in February due to the fact we live in Brisbane and work commitments . Jill from Global Furniture Maroochydore, had exactly what I was looking for in a lounge. Professional, confident, friendly but not pushy. Quality at a reasonable price. Delivery fee was cheaper than any other store and far better. Both guys were friendly, respectful and efficient. They arrived minutes after the starting of the hour window. I would highly recommend Global Furniture Maroochydore for quality furniture at reasonable prices. I love my new lounge!
