I recently contacted Global Living regarding an issue with the built-in recliner in the lounge I previously purchased from their store in Marrochydore. They responded to my enquiries very promptly and had someone here to investigate and replace the damaged motor within a week. I live 2.5 hours away from there, so I was quite impressed with their response. From choosing the product in store to the delivery and installation was an awesome experience. The sales team were so lovely to deal with. Both Dale and Jill went above my expectations and helped me choose the right lounge for my space and decor and it was available for delivery and installation the following week. I am very happy with my purchase and the lounges are so comfortable. The delivery team were very friendly and professional in our home too which is a perfect finish to the experience at Global.
