We had the very same experience most others speaks of. They manufactured billables to deplete our retainer. Despite instructions not to continue work they predated material in order to bill. FYI, their own Dir. of Operations Jeremy Stock left a review here on Google for themselves. Shows just how honest this company is.

These people are incompetent. Do NOT waste your money here! Pay for better lawyers. They are unethical and lose big cases that should be easily won then they will turn on you if you question them. They are terrible!! Listen to the reviews of the real people and not the employees being forced to praise them.
