Do not do business with this company. Their lease terms are ridiculous, their property is poorly maintained, and their communication is unprofessional. They're counting on you not reading the lease. Beware!
Terrible company, the guy Cameron wanted first month rent,last months and security deposit.since I had an issue with a landlord in the past, an additional $500 to do business. after giving down payment, I was homeless for a week while saving money until next payday. As the time nears to move in he didn't have apartment cleaned yet with 1 day until I was supposed to move in.I asked why he hadn't done it, Cameron said I didn't know if you were serious. If I'm not serious why would I give $500 money order to hold apartment? So ... read more
