Global international never told me they had possession of my account. I found out through a dispute. Poor communication and they didn't call me once until I made the first call. After I made the first call I suddenly had several collection calls from them. I'd say this company needs to pay better attention to its clients and communicate clearly instead of waiting two years. If you do deal with this company though, ask for Andrew Rohit. He was kind and decent; he is the only reason why I continued to deal with this company.
