I recently made a $2165 order with Global on a commercial account for industrial racks and some odds and ends. On that order were some extra locking pins costing $1.92. The pins shipped before anything else and I received an invoice on just the pins. Upon reviewing the invoice I found the shipping charge to be $67.59 on this item costing $1.92. I called customer service and they offered to take off $20 then $30 and finally $40.00 after telling them I was going to cancel the rest of the order. I still thought that $17.59 was ... read more
