Very disappointed with the service that we got last February. Went in and specifically asked for a “CERTIFIED” Criminal Record Check. Even called prior to visiting just to confirm that they offer this service. After receiving the document in the mail, turned out the lady did not do what we specifically asked for despite reiterating multiple times that we need a “CERTIFIED” Criminal Record Check. When visiting, make sure you talk to someone who knows what they’re doing or else you’re wasting your time and money.
