Global Home Products, Inc. refinished my mailbox. The company employees were very helpful and the refinished mailbox looks great.

After finding the mailbox desired on their website, I emailed for further details. After receiving a quote at twice the price advertised and questioning it I was told that the website is inactive and out of date. Seems like a bait and switch company and if this is their practice before the purchase I can only imagine what service is like during and after

My HOA requested we use this company to replace our mailboxes, but they had no record on file of the community requirements, made getting questions answered and a quote difficult and then when I was ready to pay, didn't make that easy either. I'm just not going to use them and will find someone else, because getting a mailbox should not be this complicated. I work in sales operations - they need a LOT of help in their backoffice because whatever their setup currently is, it is losing them business.

I paid for a new mailbox 2 years ago and now the cover won't stay on - the hinge on the mailbox broke and they refuse to help in any way. There was no reason for this to break and due to it being a cheap metal, we cannot even weld it. Epoxy doesn't work either. Very cheap products, no customer service. Stay away.
