There’s a property in my neighborhood that I’m interested in… listed with this Global Homes. I go on their site and the home is nowhere to be found. Search of all the house selling sites like Zillow, Redfin, etc…. Not showing as available for sale. Rode my bike back to the house, 1312 Avenue C and the sign is definitely out front with this company’s logo. Even the few properties they have listed, you can’t see how much w/o calling the office. is the absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I purchased my home directly from global homes in May 2016 in Shady Oaks Park. I showed up, was approved quickly and payed the amount due. Over 8 months I was on time with my lot rent, had 0 write ups, and landscaped my lot (even got yard of the month). I go to sell my home in Oct 2016 and contract with Rita Knowles and Christine, with global homes. It was a nightmare. Rita was the most unethical con artist I have ever met.
