I’m not sure if I am missing the boat somehow but it didn’t seem to still be an active business. We found what seems to be the correct building but it looked empty and had a for lease sign there. If I have this wrong I will gladly pull down this review. It was a little disappointing as we made a special trip. We ended up going to a nearby farm that also does tastings.

We first discovered this shop in the Lompoc–Solvang area in the mid-2010s when I first moved to California, and we’ve loved it ever since. The storefront is wonderful, and the staff — including Theo — are always so welcoming and knowledgeable. Eventually we signed up for their mailer subscription, and it has been such a treat. For local olive oil and gifts, it’s a must! If you have time, do an olive oil tasting class.
Over the top with information history and global goodness with a human touch. Love the tasting and learned so much. Also made a purchase!
