I've watched Amy decide to pursue her passion of becoming a LMT and fully embrace it by continuing her education at every chance. Amy is really good at helping you relax and guiding you through the massage process. Her goal is to help heal the whole person, so whether it's a treat to yourself, massage treatment after an accident or injury or if you are seeking to try Hypnosis, I highly recommend Amy.
Amy Kowalski is a healer. I have had many massages over the course of my lifetime and she is one of the best masseuses I have found. We do a check in at the beginning of the session, and she intuitively knows how to help my body process whatever is going on. Sometimes the massages are done in complete silence and other times there is a concurrent guided meditation. I highly recommend her.
