Had a nice experrience when purchasing our living room modular lounge at their Joondalup outlet. Kush introduced us to a variety of options and fabrics. He was extremely patient whilst we deliberated over our selections. Service levels before and after sales is topnotch. Glad that we finalized our purchase with global furniture.

Can't recommend GFW enough. Staff have been fantastic to deal with as extremely friendly. Furniture is high quality. Im very happy with my custom made lounge & marri furniture. I will be buying from them again without hesitation.
We recently purchased a Marri bedroom suite, a Marri dining setting with six chairs, and a matching sideboard, and the whole experience was excellent. The buying process was pleasant and easy, and delivery went smoothly. There was a small defect in the dining table top, but once we got in touch, a replacement was organised quickly, easily, and without any hassle. A big shoutout to Kush for providing such a great customer experience. We really appreciated the friendly and professional service.
Highly praise the owner and employees’ level of professionalism and care. Global furniture were very accomodating of holding my furniture for a short period until my house was ready. Furthermore, when I picked up the furniture in Feb, they took great care in helping me safely load it into the truck (marri furniture was extremely heavy and I could not do this myself), and in ensuring it would not get damaged.
