I have purchased the laser frequency, and various bracelets etc and they truly do decrease the pain in my body!
I’ve ordered from them twice, products are good, heavy quality. With my second purchase, I never received confirmation of order or shipping notification, when I emailed Gary he responded within a couple of hours (3 hour time difference) and I had my item the next day. I requested custom sizing which didn’t happen, but overall I’m extremely happy with customer service and product quality.
We tested the technology using dowsing rod's and they are particularly powerful!
I and several of my friends purchased a bracelet at the Iowa State Fair. It broke, so went to his residence in Surprise,Az. to have it fixed. It broke again and he has said twice in text messages to me that he would mail me a new one. NEVER received it by promise date. So much for my lifetime guarantee, good customer service and lack of service after several conversations.
