We were at their office within 24 hours (well 48 because this was a Friday and we went in the following Monday) with a cosigner for my wife, and a bank again purchased the loan. We began the process over, and got a commitment letter from this bank. So our offer was finally accepted. Because we had a letter from a bank, the seller had us sign a contract to pay for half of a new HVAC unit because the original unit was stolen.
