Zero Star should be an option. They are rude, unprofessional and racially discriminates. This company wrongfully repossessed my car and which I still have not received after they confirmed it would be returned today. I was not compensated for my time, inconvenience nor pain and suffering they caused by doing this. This company need to be looked into and prosecuted. Totally unacceptable.

Very unprofessional Joanne Jackson has a nasty attitude and mouth she has disrespected my mother, my underage daughter and myself. Mattie ******** refuses to remove her from my account or take action against her I record all calls and save messages between Joanne and myself she’s a liar .

The economy is going through a crisis. I asked if they could push one payment back due to financial hardship. I was told I would have to pay it when the next payment is due which doubles my payment. How is that reasonable? Their salesman lied about everything in the contract. He lied about the insurance that comes with the car as well as the down payment amount. Once I got the car all of a sudden I owe an extra $400 before I can get my title to get my plates. This whole corporation is fraud and I will be taking legal action ... read more

They cool until they cannot get a hold of you. Then they renig on you! Global financial has chosen not to do business with me. During my reference interview I had asked them why they were asking me why my phone wasn’t working. While I was giving BECKY an Explanation she decided she did not want to hear anymore and hung up the phone on me.
