They have scammers answering the phone and charging you three times what you paid for the item to be shipped. I had an item to be shipped for $325 and time they were done today. They wanted it over $1300. I would never use this company.
Never answer the phone. Still waiting for my sofa to be delivered to Puerto Plata. Don't use
