I signed up through Global Direct for complete Qwest/DirectTV packaging via arts fest Oct 2010 --in fact, I made the "switch" based on the promotion for 3 households. Upfront the installation/service was very good. HOWEVER, a DirectTV seller shouldn't quote Qwest -- I am convinced. I had Cox Hi-speed with 25MB download, Mike @ Global said I would get 20 to 40MB depending on my area. What did I get? 7 MB. Now Qwest wants to charge me more as speeds have increased since then.
