Worst credit union I’ve ever dealt with
Please do not bank at this credit union. Close your account and run. Everything became worse after AlaskaUSA changed to Global Credit union. 1. Calls are placed on hold for 1/2 hour to reach an agent. 2. They bounced you around and put you on hold for half an hour each time. 3. Want to talk to a supervisor, on hold again for 30 min. 4. Wired transfer over the phone - not allowed 5.shared branches - no wired and cashier check allowed even in person. You can make deposit but taking out money is quite difficult. 6.
