I had an appointment for a delivery and set up of a bed. They called twice to verify my morning appointment. The day of delivery, I took off work so I would be home. I make about $250 a day. At 1:10pm I called Global Couriers and they told me that they will not be at my home until later this evening. They changed their route so that I will be the last dropped off and the item setup.
