Additionally, here is the results of my refund status. Please notice the dates. The return dates are also incorrect as the car was turned in Sunday the 13th. I recorded the dude when reporting my return of the vehicle because he refused to provide me with a receipt the vehicle was in better condition than I received it. He told me it was illegal to record in FL. Yep, but not on "PUBLIC" property.... Now, they want to play with my refund. No, worries, I can wait.
Rented a vehicle paid in full online. When I got to the airport, the number they had provided me for Shuttle services was no longer in service. Another family had the same issue. 45 minutes later when I found another number the man who answerd reported he would be there between 12 and 15 minutes. 30 minutes later after a total of an hour and 15 minutes which was longer than my flight someone finally showed up. Absolutely the worst car rent establishment. SI have been renting cars in Orlando for 30 years. This establishment shouldn’t be operating.If you want to get ripped off this is the place to go I can’t believe anyone cane give it even a tea star ratting.
Been renting cars in Orlando for 30 years. This outfit is the worst rent a car outfit I have used . They charge you for the unknown unexpected charges when you get there. Even if you prepared . If you don’t believe me use them and you be sorry.
