Just state the facts More than 50% deposit was paid last December and was told the leadtime would be 12~16weeks at the time First follow up in March and was told the order not even shipped... Second follow up in May and was told the order arriving by the end of month, again delayed And finally the order arrived in July and came out wrong size… Got promised to get the replacement part prioritized and airfreighted. Again told the replacement part is sent at the end of August, then for some reason again by the mid of September ... read more
