Smooth and easy.
July 23rd I visited to see if I could make an appointment to get my ebike tuned up. It had been a couple years and it was my only transportation. I had called around to many cycle shops in the East Valley and was told a tune up could take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. When I spoke to someone at Global they asked if I could bring it down so they could evaluate and schedule a same day appointment.
