Unprofessional and money driven! Submitting a BBB complaint... Made me drive my dog to L.A. instead of picking her up like they said they would. They were over an hour late to the drop off, ended up handing off my dog in a random parking lot and then they CHARGED ME A TRANSPORTATION FEE which I never agreed to!!! Overall successful delivery of both pets, however, communication was less than satisfactory. We worked with GAT for two animals and were frustrated with them throughout the whole process. As a customer who is paying thousands of dollars for this service, we expected more support on what we need to do on our end. I have been a client since 2000, when I moved from Los Angeles to Vermont. Global Animal transport handled every aspect of my dogs' move with expertise, knowledge and the utmost care. Mike and Susan took care of my dogs exactly as I would have. In the years since, I have trusted G. A. T with every other transport need that has arisen. If you love your animals, there is no other way to get them from point A to point B.
