Very unprofessional attorney,very poor customer service skills, and rude altogether. Seems to be careless of some clients, consultations are free but not worth it, was made felt very uncomfortable. I’m sharing this to warn others about my experience with Atul and his office. My parents, both in their late 70s, hired him to prepare a Power of Attorney for a land sale in Punjab. Due to mismanagement, we lost the deal, lost the $500 fee, and still do not have the document more than 4 months later. Paperwork was first sent on 11/14/2025, then for unclear reasons, we were asked to redo and re-sign everything on 2/2/2026.
