Not a good experience. They told me my case will resolve in a few months but it took 2 years and still did not get approved. They supposed to resolve through congressman and they never follow up with congressman office unless I call them and remind. Whenever I call to check the status of my case, they would say I will send a reminder to congressman’s office. They charge me good amount of money but never work on it on their own.
