I was stranded, the company that was supposed to handle my transportation left me for over two hours sitting in my wheelchair in the parking lot of where I had a doctor's appointment. After many attempts to contact that company I was frustrated and in pain. I called Global aide to see if they could help. We cannot say enough about the care and professionalism we experienced with Global-Aid Transportation. This company cares….i have been back and forth with numerous companies that are quick to not listen to what I am asking for my fathers wellbeing and care to dialysis appointments. I was thrown to the wolves with not knowing who to turn to for help, Mr jones and Robert have been the angels on my shoulder to help me through the process. They have relieved so much stress off my plate. I cannot recommend this company more! I will do everything I can to get them the recognition they deserve.

I wouldn't give Global-Aid anything but a 5-star! They were AMAZING! The owner, Robert, is so easy to talk to and friendly. He works with you to figure out what your family needs and works hard to give you the best rate that he can. He also confirms the trip the day before. Jerry and Tim did an excellent job loading/unloading and transporting my family member. They both were kind, caring, and took the time to introduce themselves and speak to her.
