I’ve lived in this community since it’s was still in its development stage in 2006. We’ve had our fair share of neighbors who were nuisances and ones who we made great friendships with throughout the years. I can honestly say that I’ve made Merrill Lines my home for 20+ years mostly because of the wonderful & friendly neighbors AND the current property management association, Rhe CAM Team are outstanding as well. Management never responds. Walls and floors are super thin. Upstairs neighbors are very inconsiderate. People are poor drivers in the neighborhood. Update: this neighborhood STILL sucks and property management doesn’t know how to do their jobs.
Outstanding Community – Proud Owner for 20 Years I have owned my condominium in Merrill Pines since the community was first built, and after many wonderful years, I can honestly say this is one of the best places to live in Jacksonville. The upstairs neighbors are absolutely terrible and property management has not found a way to solve this solution. They are constantly pouring dirty water down the patio and in front of the front entrance. They are obnoxiously loud and have no decency to tell their kids to not run around every day and night. The parking spots are not fixed and their is a clubhouse that we cannot use. The pool is always under maintenance and the tenants in this neighborhood do not know how to drive properly.
