The BEST SERVICE I’VE EVER EVER EXPERIENCED!!! I’ve been to spas from New York to Toronto. And mostly been disappointed. Jen and her staff are exceptional. Jen makes you feel very special and makes it all about the clients. Always have positive experiences. Actually a hidden gem. And I’m lucky to be one of her many satisfied clients. Jen is an absolute hardworking business owner who cares. And always makes it about satisfying her clients needs!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My husband and I went to the newly renovated Glo Spa at Ramada Jackson’s Point on May 13, 2022 and had an amazing experience. Our massage therapists Jen and Justine were super nice. We got a couple’s mud wrap (black mud and seaweed) and it was so relaxing - highly recommend! We’ll definitely be going back for other treatments.
Went for a 60 minute massage and pedicure for my 40th birthday surprise....very clean, professional and the perfect way to spend my day Highly recommend if you are here to definitely treat yourself to the spa
Horrible experience. My wife and I got a couples massage and although the massage therapists were very kind that was the only good thing about it. The massages were very weak and ineffective. The iPad playing the “calming” music got several notifications throughout the massage and the layout of the spa didn’t make you feel you were in a relaxed environment. I would not recommend this place for anyone looking for a strong and relaxing massage.
I had a massage and reflexogy done at this spa and found it to be very relaxing. It enhanced my stay at the resort :)
