I'm so disappointed in the changes to the shampoo After working with them for years, and using the same product every day for those years, I noticed a very clear difference in their shampoos months ago, I was super unhappy and tried to return the product. Basically I was told no and there's nothing that's been changed and they will die on that hill. I'm so sad that I have to part ways with them, it was a wonderful 8 years. Good Luck!
