worst experience ever. always cancelling and not showing up. i’m literally in front of her clinic waiting and it’s closed and she texted me asking me reschedule. paid her in full and most of my appointments where not done in time and we’re always with no shows or reschedule.
I’ve had a similar experience to those noted before. Paid for 12 sessions and Lauren was late or no-show for the few we actually booked. Sometimes she would text and let me know there was traffic or some emergency or something else… final contact was in December when we were told the laser broke and she would let us know when it was up and running again. I texted her 3 times after that with no response. Finally booked an appointment online, texted again and then went to the office to find that it was totally cleared out!! No... read more
Lauren was in the beginning super friendly and welcoming. Then constant rescheduling, ghosting and vague excuses. Latest was Fri. she didn't show, rescheduled Tues, again no show, no phone call to explain. Lauren just took another $500 cash and a $500 gift cert.(we paid $350 for the cert. from a friend who had won it). I called for a refund. No go she says.
