My son and I signed up today, and we enjoyed our experience. The facility was spotless, and the staff was knowledgeable and explained the whole process well. I can’t wait to go back tomorrow!
Beware the contracts are a racket. They need to be more customer responsible, but the therapeutic benefits are real.
Even though the temperature was Ice Cold the service was excellent. Very informative, respectful, and overall great customer service. Can't wait to go back and freeze some more.😊
