Amber has been doing our taxes for years. Never a problem and always great communication.
I have had no problems with GLM - yes during tax season they are extremely busy and calls may not be returned immediately But they do call, they follow-up, they are courteous and professional and we have been working with them for about 20 years or more now. I’m sorry others have experienced difficulties but thought I would share our experience.

This business has gone downhill fast. This past tax season, after giving them my new address several times, they mailed my confidential tax paperwork with sensitive personal information to the wrong address. After informing them once again of my new address, they mailed the paperwork to my correct address. However, the original paperwork that they mailed to the wrong address still has not been returned to their office months later. By now, it is either lost or has been stolen.
