I placed an order on September 27 it's October 21. I do understand they had a mega sale. The website stated there would be a minimum 14 days for shipping..BUT I have called,emailed, messaged and have received no response at all. This is my 2nd time ordering. My first experience was good but I don't know what happened. I'm not sure if I should report them to BBB or what. I don't want a store credit because I'm afraid it may be months before I receive anything. I'm very disappointed. They have my money but I have no product.

Why are you taking $29 out of my account every month when I don’t order anything??? This company is a HUGE scam and I want my money refunded ASAP.
I have never ordered anything from this site less long been on this site ever and I have been getting charged $29.97 a month for nothing. I demand all my money back
