Very disappointed with my experience at Glitz. I went in to buy a gift during their 30% off sale, but was told the discount does not apply if the item is gift wrapped or exchangeable. Since I wanted it wrapped, I agreed to pay full price, which already cost me about $25 more. After that, I was then told I would need to pay an additional $10 if I wanted the wrapping done “nicely.” I explained that I was already paying extra just to have the item wrapped and non-exchangeable, but both the saleslady and manager insisted on the ... read more

As a man who feels completely at home in Home Depot but totally lost in a gift shop, Glitz Lakewood did not disappoint. Abi showed me around and gave me great options. I probably drove him a bit meshuga, but he still served me with a smile. Overall, it was a great experience! Highly recommend this shop for all your gifts.
